Re: Bowel cleanse then liver flush: the transition?

I did a Liver Flush on the 7th eve of an 8 day MC. Didn't notice any thing out of the ordinary compared to previous flushes as far as getting down the olive oil. Usually you try to empty out the system as much as you can before the Liver Flush anyway. The only thing I noticed was I didn't feel as if I got as complete a flush as when I've used apple juice for several days before. Just my personal experience.
