Hi Tacol! You can actually do the Master-Cleanse AND the B&P together! That is what I've done twice and had amazing results. They are both excellent detoxifiers...The Master-Cleanse detoxifies all of your cells and does an especially good job of cleansing the kidneys. The Master-Cleanse is great for all-round healing and balancing. The Bentonite and psyllium on the other hand is an excellent bowel cleanser....the Bentonite draws the toxins out of the bowel and the psyllium scrubs the walls...and out comes the strange stuff! My boyfriend eliminated a shiny 1974 penny while doing the b&p!! Yup, he remembered swallowing it about 26 years ago! nuts.

You can buy the liquid Bentonite and the psyllium husks at your local vitamin store.

*also, some people get backed up with the b&p...so if you are already constipated you might want to get your bowels moving first, before you start taking it.
