Re: day 3 of fast advice needed

Hang in there buddy. It always gets worse before it gets better. I'm not well versed with candida unfortunately. But it sounds like you are doing things the way you should and that you are pushing it out with all of your might.

DO - Keep cranking the garlic. Its the best. Stay on schedule and persist. Only do as much as you can bear, but don't sell yourself short, push it as hard as possible. Natural healing is an interesting game, perseverance and pushing ones self to the limits (as well as new heights) are what seem to win it for most though.

If you like there are blank sheets in the download bin that you can customize and use to keep your progress. Print them out, check stuff off them daily and at the end you can compile it all to see how "good" you have been. It was really uplifting for me to see how well I had done at the end.

DO - Use a tongue scraper as frequently as possible. I use a plastic one that looks like a shaver without the blade. It works wonders for that filth on your tongue, also stimulates it a bit I heard.

DO - Keep adding to the IF 1 dosage until things work properly. Eventually it will.

DO - All of the reflexology rebound etc is going to move SOOO much gunk around you are going to feel it and it will probably feel bad. But keep it up. You have what it takes.

DO - the Castor oil poultice and continue the coffee enemas. They are super for the liver. Given time, the condition will improve.

It took hours and hours of exposure to Coffee-Enema and 3 Liver Flushes before I showed any improvement at all. I was jaundiced as a newborn, so I already knew my liver needed lots of work. Finally the cork popped just before I started the incurables and I dropped a huge a "stone" the size of my thumb. After that it was pretty smooth sailing, I produced stones on every flush, but they are less and less now.

As much as I hated highschool sports, my coach always loved to torture us and scream PAIN IS WEAKNESS LEAVING THE BODY PAIN IS WEAKNESS LEAVING THE BODY while we ran for miles. Somewhat relevant here I guess, but more like Pain is Candida leaving the body. It really sounds like you are doing it all. And the flare up is exactly what you should expect. Healing crisis! Just keep at it, you will win.
