I just started a fast two and a half days ago. I have done nothing besides drinking copious amounts of purified water with a slice of lemon in it. I am beginning to feel the onset of toxin release within my body. I feel completely fine (albeit fatigued and a little weak). I added some Colon Cleanse tablets from Health Plus Inc. (Super Colon Cleanse) about a day and a half ago and my results haven't been that great so far. Minor BM's.
Now my question is whether my routine outlined above is effective? I was planning on adding psyllium husk and bentitone to my routine hoping for greater results. I am extremely determined to do this and I think I can hang on without food for quite some time. What should I be doing or adding to my current diet?
