Hang in there...you can do it! Get yourself busy with something you enjoy to get your mind off food. Every fast is different...some are smooth-sailing with little hunger and others leave you hungry from start to finish! But don't let that discourage you! Maybe this is an opportunity for you to clear out some old emotions, too! ; )
*Of course...I'm assuming here that you are well-nourished to begin with and spent enough time replenishing since your last fast...make sure you pay close attention to what your body NEEDS and honor it! What is WANTS may be a whole different story...LOL!
