Sweet taste at back of throat is this related to parasites in my digestive tract

Hi
I have a chronic sweet taste at the back of my throat and was wondering if it is due to parasites leaving the body. I am not eating anything sweet and no matter what I eat, protein, veggies even water, I get a sweet taste at the back of my throat and severe odor. Weird I know. I just want to figure out what this is and how to get rid of it.
