Re: Liver flush last night feeling ill today!

Good Morning,
I had done many successful flushes in the past but its been several years ago.

I was disappointed yesterday not sure what happened. I did not see any stones in the toilet yesterday at all and I felt pretty rough all day and actually had extrememly bad gas, I still have looser stools today.

I guess I will have to try it again. I might try one without the Epsom Salts I just really had a terrible time gaging them down but I did do it just as the recipe goes.

Maybe next time...
