For me it was just walking, stretching and plain stubborness. I think that he moved something out of place that was in the right place to begin with. It just seemed to eventually fall back into place. Nothing out of the ordinary. I do know of people that were greatly helped by chiropractors for sciatica - I just wasn't one of them. I think that PTree is right that one has to shop around and avoid the bonecrunchers. Best of luck.
