Types of odor from TMAU

Will reducing choline just get rid of the fish smell? Or will it address the other smells too?

Hey there, I was wondering if TMAU smells specifically like fish for everyone. I have never been told that I smell like fish, mostly like fart, rotten egg, and occasionally burnt rubber. I am able to smell the fart/egg odor, and occasionally first thing in the morning I can smell a fish like odor (but this seems rare). I can also notice a strong musty odor that is residual. It is a very distinct and strong lingering odor that is not normal, lol. For example, lets say I sleep in my room with all the windows closed, the next day it will smell very distinctly musty/meaty (very bad), and it will be very hard to clear out of the room. Even moving rooms with all new clean stuff and it happens (so its not from the room).

I have not been tested for TMAU, but I will be soon, as we cannot really find the source so far, I have been to 2 sinus ENT, 1 gastro ENT, and several doctors.
