I know Ocean had success by mixing some psyllium with pulpy juice. Many people have said that starting their day with a few glasses of warm water with lemon helps to get their bowels moving. I start the day with a litre of warm water (some that has been boiled and added to good pure cold water) drunk over about 1 to 2 hours. I find that an amazing mover. I wish I knew more about it, though!
