Dr Schulze's colon cleanse

I ordered Dr. Schulze 's Intestinal Corrective Formula's #1 and #2 but now I am wondering if I should be taking #1 at all. I have irregular bowel movements. Some days I will have one or two normal b.m.'s but other days I will experience pain and have something almost like diarrhea. On the directions for ICF #1, it says that people with loose stools and pain should not take it. Has anyone done this cleanse? Will it be effective if I just take ICF #2. Thanks!

A few months ago I would be shocked if someone told me I would be describing my bowel movements to complete strangers!! :)
