Tooth question

Hello all good peoples, and Doc Sutter!

I am wondering if anybody has a good idea as to how to save a tooth that has an inflamed pulp.
I am using a magnetic pulser on top of my regular protocol, as I understand the main reason the body has troubles healing teeth is the lack of blood suuply.

Any thoughts on that? I am enduring alot of pain , because I dont have this tooth to loose,, ugh :-))
