Hi M! Well...I just have to tell you that my boyfriend, after being on the Bentonite and psyllium drinks for 4 days....eliminated a shiny 1974 penny! So that's pretty weird! He remembers swallowing it sometime around 1976...so it's been SOMEWHERE in his digestive tract for about 26 YEARS! nuts eh? Since he got that penny out (blockage?) and he's done some cleansing we're finding his migraine's are less. But it's time he did some Liver Flushing too now.

Yup, there's plenty of strange stuff to release on a colon cleanse!
