cramping after taking formula 1

hi i am 24, i pass stool about once a day. I have an allergy to wheat and wanted to try a colon cleanse. I have never done a Colon Cleanse before (i have done 5 Liver Cleanses in past year not realising you should do colon first) I just thought the liver cleanse would clear my colon as i have to take lots of Epsom Salts . Anyway i have been taking formula 1 for 2 days i have had one cap after dinner for two days. I was woken this morning with terrible cramps and i had to go to toilet and only passed a little bit, it felt quite hot to pass and was soft.
My question is should i stay on it? i have not bought formula 2 yet was going to wait a week then buy it. Do i need number one? how do you know if colon is clogged as mine may be empty? i just trying to get rid of allergies with cleansing so i plan to do kidney and then liver after this, really dont want to stop the colon cleasne unless really have to as i have heard lots of good things about it.
