I finally found Psyllium in my health food store,
and to my surprise, when I checked it`s plasticbag..., it was (of course!) the seeds.
I read some place that they were not as good as the husks.
How much of the seeds compared to one tsp. of husks do I need?
Should I maybe grind them as I do with my flax seeds?
I have not been able to get Bentonite clay in my country.
Can I use charcoal tablets (also grinded) instead as a substitute for that?
