I was a lucky one...After only 4 days on the Master-Cleanse and b&p shakes I passed my first rope. By the end of that fast/cleanse I had passed a foot and a half long rope! (I am NOT kidding....eewwwww yuk ick) But, I have heard that the other Bowel Cleanses are good too...choose whatever fits with you. I think you'll find out quite a bit about the other Bowel Cleanses from those posts.
