That is so funny you just posted that! I have been on the B & P shakes and haven't been passing any plaque. I would say my bowel movements are "average" for me right now. I was really frustrated so today I did a good inspection (you know... if you had told me two months ago I'd ever be doing this let alone talking about it with people...) and thought I saw a bit of plaque as well!

I also saw two thin white "threads" that looked like dental floss. They were about three inches long. I am not sure if these are parasites! the "thread" was completely thin & flat like floss, not like I would have thought a worm would be. I wouldn't have seen them unless I had done a good inspection.

Makes me wonder what else I've been passing!
