Expert bowel cleansers need your opinions

As quick as possible here's what I have been doing:
P&B shakes with and without vaious anti-fungal for past three months. Caprylic acid, apple cider vinegar and UGN
diet: not too good still a carb and sugarholic.
water: don't drink enough, but try.

This week: started the UGN:
Undecylenic Acid
Proven to inhibit yeast and mold and is effective at maintaining a healthy balance of intestinal and vaginal flora. It occurs naturally in the body and is produced by vacuum distillation of castor bean oil.

This week I started seeing a lot more plaque, than ever before, yeah!!!

Next: had a cold start on me so added Olive Leaf Extract to the regimen yesterday morning, but kept taking the UGN, fast forward to last night:

Right before bed I had another bm, and part of it was almost white (kind of creamy white) it looked devoid of color and it also looked mucus like, it contained what looked like fecal matter too, it just was not brown, the stool was not all mucus. Hope I am describing it in an understandable way. At first I was startled and then I thought about candida and all the anti-fungals that I am taking right now and wondered if I wasn't seeing some candida being evicted? I hope so :o), I have wanted to evict it for a very long time.

In answer to any questions concering a possible gallbladder attack and so forth, no, I did not experience any pain yesteray in my gallbladder/liver region at all, I have had some sharp quick little pains in my left side, but I have had those kinds of pain right before passing plaque, so I attributed it to that.

Anyone else have this experience?
