I bought an ozonator by Dr.Katz. It very inexpensive. I only use Young Living EO's and use only a few drops of eucalyptus. I noticed my eyes were really itchy and my Body Odor level was very high.

In terms of retention, I only used a few drops of Thieves to remove liver flukes.
