Patience, my friend...if you are having weirdly shaped eliminations you are probably getting some of the more recent old stuff...different colors or textures generally indicate this even if you haven't gotten the really old tire-rubber ropes yet. I was on my first cleanse for about two months before I saw anything out of the ordinary...other than more frequent regular movements! Hang in there...it's on its way! Tweet
