Re: Juniper berries

How do you eat or prepare the Juniper berries? They are all over here. Will ask the local homeopath who gives classes on collecting local herbs and such...

Gin and tonic, a fav. Makes for a great refreshing 'spring has sprung' drink. A super refreshing summer drink when it is hot and bothersome. Then as a ritual fall drink to help say bye bye to spring and summer. And an excellent winter drink to help us reflect that spring is coming and we start all over.
