itching around groin and thighs area mostly at nights

i have ths amlost unbearable itching tht seems to comeonmostly at nighs.
it starts with a tingling tht once u give the least scratch u HAVE to continue and tht only makes it worse.
it starts at the side of the scrotum and advances out till it is a the thighs.
wheni scratch i get the s b small bearing size bumps on y scrotum and along my penis.
