Oh my!

Got sick over a month ago starting with sore throat after upping Iodoral to 100 mg for several weeks - had to have 2 MD notes since not supposed to work with a fever - wondered if trach patient I take care of every day had colonized something that I did not have immunity to, especially since two other workers have gotten pneumonia in past several months. Second MD thought "viral bronchitis" - tried everything - CS, SSKI , H202 sprays in back of throat, Vit C., all complementary Iodine supplements which I had been on for many, many months anyway - am finally better and able to work, but do have the lingering hacky cough. Whooping Cough did cross my mind. No one else I know got as sick as I did.
