Could be pieces of a roundworm - or pieces of a roundworm larval nest. They can get into the sinus cavaties and grow larger before they move down into the gut.

Judging from the number of parasites in your intestines - you are bound to have a few in your sinus cavaties as well. Whatever is in there is dead - your body is just expelling them.
