Would a Parasite Cleanse Program Help???

I posted a message a while back about a sour odour/smell which i felt came from my bowels. I have no idea what is causing this. As you can imagine its a highly embarassing not to mention unsociable problem to possess. Can anyone shed some further light on this condition. Is it possible for me to eradicate this problem???
