Wiel, that was EXCELLENT. I got lost a couple of times, not being strong in chemistry. What I was able to absorb was just excellent.

I was quite surprised by the comment about apples! I've never read anything like that.

The loss of bases during protein digestion is staggering. No wonder the world is retching in vomit and cancer.
