I totally agree with Spud.
I think you are most likely
detoxing if you are drinking
it in a glass by the spoonful.

You could mix up the dosing
or alternate days too. This
will detox you slower and
allow your body to "catch up".

I have been taking DE a year
now and cannot tell much
about the effects except when
I missed a week, I could tell.
