3rd try is a charm?? 1st timer advice

Well.. this makes my 3rd attempt to post here at this website. I'm not sure what the problem is, it is getting frustrating! When I hit enter, it brings me back to my message and it is here, but when I leave the forum and come back the message has disappeared. Again, frustrating..

I've been using now for the 4th day a product called "Perfect7". I am not fasting, been drinking approximately 64 oz of water a day. This is my 4th day and still no "movement". Not sure what I should do.. should I quit taking the product and wait for it to happen? Continue taking the product and wait for it to happen? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
