i have been trying to figure out the whole sun thing. i know the sun is good for us and that we need it but im wondering what is good and what is too much. Up until a few years ago, i used to always burn. now i always tan which i understand is a sign of good health. how much sun should we get a day? is there a such thing as too much sun if you are in good health? i live in florida and am out in the sun alot when i exercise. i also like to lay out and tan in the sun once or twice a week for about an hour. is that bad? will the sun cause aging? i have done alot of research trying to understand the sun and how it effects us and am now more confused than ever. can someone please explain the sun, tanning, burning etc? i want to be healthy and prevent aging. im 30 and a friend of mine recently pointed out that i have some wrinkles around my eyes which she says is because of not protected my face in the sun(i dont use anything on my face at all, not even makeup). i would really apprecaite any info mh or anyone could give. thank you in advance
