I've been wanting to have some additional probiotic to the yogurt buy have had trouble finding Lactobacillus acidophilus. The kinds I have found have either rice starch, or lactose included in their non-medical ingredients. Is this tiny bit of lactose or starch worse than the additional billions of Lactobacillus acidophilus?
I've been on the diet for a couple months, and feel better, but by no means cured (of colitis).
