its the fruit juice i most object to. it isn't natural. it's another way people refine their food, and fool themselves that it is pure and natural. eating the whole fruit makes more sense to me, although i know my body and know the kind of cravings this would set me up for.
of course every one is different. i embrace this philosophy, truly. so what works for some will not work for others. this makes me very wary of the "dogma" of fasting. if we accept that nature takes care of us, then we accept that a wide variety of REAL foods can be employed successfully to break a fast. instinct would dictate lighter, more easily digested foods, which may be different for different people's bodies.
