Possible Listeria trying to understand progression to Listeria Meningitis

A few days ago I woke up to extreme nausea and started having diarrhea. Then wretching vomiting for 7 hrs. incl. dry heaves of course. Severe headache became migrane. High fever and severe chills that lasted 24 hours. Major body aches esp. lower back (kidneys?) and neck. Affecting me mentally but it's hard to describe. After 24 hours it wasn't so acute and was better in 48. After the fever/chills lightened I looked in the mirror and my eggs were almost swollen shut. For about 12 hours of this I had tears streaming out of them. Prob the severity of the headache? I also had trouble opening my eyes during the worst of this. Also during the worst I couldn't even walk into the kitchen for the water I barely knew I needed so gave up.

I've been searching to see what it was and the only thing I come up with is Listeria. If I have this does it mean it could progress to Meningitis since it progressed to the nervous system? I have to figure this out myself as I have no access to medical.

History: self diagnosed Celiac, Dermatitis Herpetiformis, Leaky Gut, Autism, prob Auto Immune Thyroid. More than likely more that's not been figured out yet. Am age 50, female. Have completely exluded gluten since realizing Celiac 3 years ago. Have treated Leaky Gut since realizing 1.5 years ago and have vastly improved.
