i know hve hasnt worked with mulungu but i suggest you give it a shot.

it works like benzos on GABA helping sedate the nervous system i cant remember if thats why it controls the heart beat better but it lowers blood pressure and is meant to control palpatations and so on and does so very good.

EDIT: Mulungu also supports the liver and spleen.
