Day 3 Completed !

All OK not too much changes in me - the only thing I noteced was a little dizziness by quick movements, but that is becouse my heart is already slowing down ( what is normal).I slept very good the last two nights ( woke up happy and with a lot of energy ) which was a big difference from the week before the fast, when I overeat immensely and could not sleep. Simse every fast is different - this time I am not hungry but when I see a food I want to try a bit - it was not so before .I have to keep way from the kitchen for now !And to get some rest during the day ...

P.S. The urin this time is clear without any foam (for now)
The one who followed my 22 day fast ( my first time ever water fast) may remember that, I expelled enormous amount of foam with the urin all the fast .I red risently , that foam in the urin shows clearing of some infection of the urinary system/tracts ( washing out the bacteria)I gess I had one , my whole body was bad incfected at that time .
