I am a raw vegan and I eat lotsss and lotsss of avocados and lately it has been my primary source of dietary fats. However, I have been noticing that they have not been digesting as well - lots of floaty and undigested stools. Also, sometimes after I eat avocado I can feel pressure building in my liver/gallbladder area like Gallstones are forming. Is there any way that avocados could cause Gallstones to form?
