Yes I'm gaining lot's of lean hard muscle mass without meat...why?....becasue I've learned we don't neet it. I occasioanly eat salmon cooked very well, because of all those omega three fatty acids, however that's it. The key has really been lot's of almonds for me along with chochalate soy milk which because of it's flavonides helps with proper digestion. The Protein powder is called Jay Rob Protein, I buy mine at Henry's. It's Hormone free, and he raises his cattle on the most fertile soil there is as opposed to that commercialized crap you will find most at GNC,Nutrisports..etc which makes it a superior product. I was actually turned on to the product by a friend who has Chrons disease and has the medical community litteraly waiving the "Redflag".
