Hello. Just prior to and after removal, I too experienced a lot of anxiety. Panick attacks hit hard the week or two after it came out. It did subside, then 2 months after it was out, my husband unexpectedly passed away and on came the extreme anxiety. ugh. Went to the therapist and she put me on a very low dose of Lexapro ( an anti anxiety drug) 10 mg. It helped a lot, but I was going through a lot at the time. We upped it to 20 mg, but I feel like it made me a little too 'chilled out'. so I have dropped down to 10 again this week. I am very glad I started taking that, but was really resistant at first. I really don't want anything else in my body unless it is necessary. It's worth a shot if you are not able to calm the anxiety on your own. I hope you will be feeling better real soon.
