I've been drinking sole (brine) of himalayan crystal salt recently with a bit of water to energize myself.
I also add it quite a lot in food.
Now it seems that salt must be kept away from silver ions as much as possible.
How long after intake of salt should I take ionic silver and are the generally recommended 3-5 teaspoon ionic silver daily really enough or is really a glass of it more recommended?
Another concern is, whether persistent intake of oxidants such as ionic silver or chlorine dioxide from Miracle-Mineral-Supplement can lead to mineral deficiency/depletion.
