no more sugar!!!

Oh god I went on a Sugar binge recently, and it caught up to me in the last two days. MASSIVE depression, MASSIVE panic attacks, MASSIVE tantrums, terrible brain fog, stiff neck and what feels like sticky skin/blood. This is truly going to take a long time. Vein dilation going up and down.
