Hello,
I wonder if your iron stores in your liver are low, you should go to your doctor and ask to get a ferritin serum test.
I haven't heard of symptoms this bad, but if your iron stores are low then your body is susceptible to infections and fungus overgrowth. Make sure to get the ferritin test it checks your liver stores. The doctor may just want to check your hemoglobin level and that can turn out your iron in the blood is normal but you could still be deficient of iron in your liver the most important. you need to get the ferritin test . Good luck.
