i've been really puzzled by this. i haven't passed a sack of eggs or even a significant amount. i wonder how long do these rice things stay in your body? maybe i'm eliminating something from the past, maybe these are just a few signs what's next to come?

i don't have a lot of cash right now to do the co10 dose. is there anything else that would work?

maybe i'll just keep doing the Bowel Cleanse and see what comes out with the psyllium shakes. i've been getting a lot of oldies and goodies out with it. another one this morning. im becoming way to obsessed with looking in the toilet! Tweet
