Ooo Ahhh Refreshed Spa

More than ever do I enjoy my alkalizing baths but have found very little time lately to do them like I should.

One of my most time consuming personal habits I have is washing my hair. Thank goodness I only wash my hair every other day now since I started using this protocol, but I use to wash it every day because it was so oily.

Since time is short I have learned to fill the tub 1/4 of the way with hot water and dissolve some espom salts and hydrogen peroxide. As my feet and ankles are enjoying a nice hot foot bath I use the hot water from the shower to wash my hair and bathe with. I then put a conditioner on my hair...turn off the shower but continue to fill the tub with hot water to then take an alkalizing bath and give my conditioner time to soak in.

By soaking my feet first, I have been able to cut down on the time spent soaking in the tub (each person has to decide if this is correct for themselves)....plus I can do my bath/hair/soak all at one time and not have to do seperately as I have done in the past.

As I let the water out of the tub and turn the hot shower back on to rinse out the conditioner out of my hair, I then turn on the cold water to rinse my body with and using the length of time it takes for the water to drain from the tub to judge how long I stay in the cold water.

What a way to start the day. :)
