Re: Deep Cut - Iodine? Comfrey?

Over 2 years ago I sliced off the whole tip of my left index finger. Some of the nail bed was sliced off as well. Blood was spurting out everywhere.

It so happened that I had recently read some stuff on the MH forum where he mentioned to pack open wounds with cayenne.

I dipped my whole bleeding finger into the cayenne jar and then wrapped it tight in some rags. The stinging of the cayenne was excruciating ... but the bleeding stopped quite quickly after that.

I didn't unwrap the rag for 1 week or so, but when I did, I was shocked at the healing that had taken place.

1 month after, and I'm not kidding, the tip of my finger had grown back..... and no scar at all.
