This video is from Dr. Schulze Healing Crusade, part 8 about the Herbal Snuff.  Miss H used the Herbal Snuff last night, there is a very long thread on it here if you want to read it.  

I posted this video in that thread so people could see what the experience is like to snort lol.  When I was watching it, Dr. Schulze mentioned something that made me think of you.  Blood coming out of the nose, when prior to using the snuff there was none.

You said in your post that you had a HUGE turn for the worst after using the snuff and that instead of getting better you had added another symptom.  He also at one point talks about post nasal drip and it going into your lungs and damaging them.
