Re: Lugol`s and vit. C

I used to reduce all of my Lugol's with Vitamin C.

Over the last month I've been taking Lugol's by itself, separate from any Vitamin C and I feel MUCH better for it.

I'm not sure why, but I guess the parts that need the oxidized form of the element weren't getting it, and they are now.

I think Lugol's should be taken as is without any Vitamin C, personally.
