My son had the seasonal flu last winter and I found on the internet that Apple Cider Vinegar will really help fight off the flu. My poor little guy (6 yrs) was miserable, he had a terrible throbbing headache, backache, sore throat and a raging fever (red hot and covered in sweat). I gave him a tablespoonful with a small cup of water and he went right to sleep. He slept for 23 hours straight and was completely better the next morning when he woke up,no headache, no backache, throat didn't hurt and his fever was completely gone. I even gave the vinegar to everyone in the house, and none of us came down with the flu besides my little guy. I became a huge believer in ACV. I realize that my son didn't have swine flu, but it might help for that too. It's cheap and most people have it in their homes, and it won't hurt anything to give it a try.
