Seaweeds...

Studies at McGill University in Montreal proved that seaweeds bind to radioactive waste in the body. Seaweed was also shown to bind to heavy metals and help eliminate them from the body. In addition, as most of you know in this forum, they are one of the best complete sources of minerals including trace minerals.

When looking for whole food vitamins and minerals, look at the the list of ingredients... some form of seaweed, either kelp, dulse or both, are nearly always present.

Another prominent ingredient is beets.

Why not eat from the source...

As always, high quality is a MUST.

If you have a problem with eating seaweeds outright, and/or in the drink, encapsulate the powders and/or alternatively, learn to use them in your food preparation as a seasoning.
