Some More Pics...and Questions

It is still not clear to me...  Are these tissue-like, skin-like things the residue of worms, or are they from the lining of my intestines?

And, what might this piece be from?  I have been passing a lot of pieces like this:

It appears to me to be of the same (whatever) that is in the center of this pic from another poster.  I am not sure if he was ever answered, for I could not find a post/response indicating so.
