Re: "best" crown chakra stone

I agree with Steve that Amethyst is a remarkable
healing stone for the Crown Chakra. I have a
small collection of Amethyst in all different
shades and shapes. I think if you are able to
find stones which "wink" at you, you can find
one you resonate with and can work with. There
are other stones too which are used for healing
or opening the crown chakra so do not feel
the need to limit yourself to just one as just
like you would not merely listen to one song
that makes you feel good over and over, or
only look at one picture which makes you feel
good, do not limit yourself to only one stone.

Over the years I have found myself drawn to
many stones. I was fortunate to find a really
good gem shop, or would go to gem shows and
would find stones which evoked a feeling in
me. I found I am a huge fan of amethyst though
and so use it in my own healing work. Here is
a healing grid, I use. All the stones are
phantom amethyst stones which are from Africa.
Each stone sits proxy for a person or a
situation. I use the grid for praying and
then when I feel it is time to change, I
clear them all and then one by one, rebuild
the grid and start over. In this case, the
amethyst is a really good way to open up my
crown chakra and allow me to focus my energy
through my prayer work~~



Likewise, build a collection of stones for
your chakra system work by personally looking
at stones and choosing them for yourself. The
"Melody" books are like the PDR of healing
stones and is a good way to learn about the
metaphysical properties of the stones you find
yourself attracted to. Here is a list of books

I also like Pietersite, although it is not easy
to find. I have a collection of cabs that I can
use for this sort of work. Sometimes I will
combine them too almost like a blend of energies.
I will wear them inside my bra. A guy could carry
them in their pocket.
