Claire, Wow what an achievement you have made...and knowing when your body is finished cleansing is a big bonus..I have been watching your progress and have been very motivated by you to start and to continue until my bady talks to me...I am on day 22.And it is talking to me but saying not finished yet...Hope When it does say I am finished I will have the courage you had to listen..A huge pat on the back to you..and all the wishes for a continued good health.....Anita Tweet
